Return Policy

We want you to love your new plants! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Plants must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom arrangements or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your plant arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it promptly.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at junglejoyplantsandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, return the item back to us. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
